  • Process funding requests, purchase batches, borrowing certificates, and client requests.
  • Provide regular and ad hoc reporting as required.
  • Analyze client-by-client performance trends to identify risks to the bank.
  • Resolve debtor issues and secure collateral while balancing company and client needs.
  • Handle diverse portfolio of ABL/Factoring with multiple collaterals.

About the Role:

Manage a portfolio of accounts by assisting clients with funding requests and servicing issues, including enforcing Loan Agreements/Purchase Agreements, Standard Operating Procedures, and Credit Policies.

What You Will Do:

  • Maintain a portfolio of accounts including preventing operational risk rating downgrades, reconciling and funding accounts and performing collection activities.
  • Monitor the performance of the loan collateral and support the Account Executives in providing detail of the collateral performance in efforts to make the best credit decisions possible.
  • Identify red flags, assess risk, and recommend solutions/findings to the appropriate representatives.
  • Maintain outstanding customer service to clients, prospects, account debtors, vendors, and all internal stakeholders.
  • Responsible for maintaining compliance with all company and regulatory policies and guidelines.
  • Process funding requests, purchase batches, borrowing certs, and client requests.
  • Provide all regular and ad hoc reporting requirements.
  • Recognize and analyze positive or negative trends on a client by client basis to identify and mitigate potential risks to the bank.
  • Address any debtor issues or concerns with the client to find a resolution and secure collateral.
  • Effectively balance the needs of the Company and the Client; make timely decisions.
  • Manages diverse portfolio of ABL/Factoring with multiple collaterals.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Salary range: $60,000 – $100,500

Salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.
