Job summary

Pathstone is seeking an experienced Client Advisory professional to support daily client service, operations, and projects in our Conshohocken, PA office. You will coordinate client communications and financial documentation while collaborating with a team across advisory and capital markets.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 4–7+ years in financial management; CFP preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and AI tools, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• 4–7+ years of experience in financial management/wealth advisory.
• CFP certification preferred.
• Strong analytical and client service skills; able to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, Zoom, or in person.
• Support Client Advisory team with client communications and investment strategy coordination.
• Prepare client documents: letters of instruction, account applications, and fund subscriptions.
• Coordinate with accountants, banks, investment managers, and other professionals.
• Assist in quarterly reporting and reconciliation of client reports.
• Mentor Associates on operational matters and processes.
