Pathstone, a growing wealth management firm with offices nationwide, seeks a Client Advisory Assistant for its Potomac, MD office. You will support a Client Advisory Team in delivering client service, preparing performance analyses, and coordinating investment-related materials.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–3+ years in financial management; CFP track is preferred but not required. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3+ years in financial management industry required; CFP track preferred but not required.

• Comfort with discussing money movement, account openings, and trades with clients and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to a Client Advisory team in communicating and implementing investment strategies.
• Prepare client documentation: letters of instruction, account applications, manager agreements, and fund subscription documents; coordinate with Capital Markets Group.
• Act as information provider to accountants, banks, investment managers, and other professionals supporting clients.
• Assist with quarterly reporting: reconciling and reviewing client reports.
