This role combines client relationship management, investment implementation, wealth planning coordination, and leadership. You will mentor junior colleagues, help drive operational excellence, and contribute to the practice's

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–8+ years in wealth management, private banking, family office, or financial advisory with client engagement experience.
• Series 65 required (or attained within 90 days of employment).
• Completion of, or meaningful progress toward, an advanced degree or professional designation (CFP®, CFA, MBA, or JD) required.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client relationships and serve as trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with wealth planning and tax teams to address client needs.
• Support business development and referral cultivation.
• Mentor Associates and drive process improvements within the office.
