Position Summary

The Kith Client Advisor plays a vital role in delivering best‑in‑class service, acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring customers have a consistent, genuine experience in our Chicago store. The role supports store operations, brand initiatives, and maintains visual and sales floor excellence.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist all Kith clients and customers, providing best‑in‑class customer service.
• Foster and maintain customer relationships through professional, friendly, and efficient after‑sale communication.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, brand history, company policies, and store strategies.
• Collaborate with management on individual and overall business goals.
• Execute brand initiatives and action plans efficiently.
• Complete operational tasks accurately as business needs arise.
• Maintain a visually appealing sales floor, ensuring brand visual standards are met.
• Communicate sell‑through and product availability.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including scheduling and availability requirements.
• Assist with housekeeping duties such as dusting, sweeping, trash collection, and other retail operations tasks.

Special Projects & Tasks

• Aid in visual initiatives as needed.
• Assist in cycle counts, physical inventories, or other inventory management tasks as required.

Requirements

• Availability: Open and flexible, including evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays. Must consistently work weekends and special projects as needed.
• Experience: 3+ years in a retail sales position; 3+ years in customer service roles preferred; 1+ year in apparel, footwear, or luxury goods preferred.
• Skills & Abilities: Efficient time management; ability to multi‑task and manage multiple projects; standing and walking for prolonged periods; ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs; ability to perform standard retail tasks such as bending, twisting, and climbing ladders or step stools.
