Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) seeks a Client Advisor on the Business Insurance team in Florida to manage a high-profile book and provide technical insurance advice for renewals. You will master Sagitta and document management, mentor associates, and handle receivables while delivering exceptional client service.

The role requires a Florida 2-20 license, 5 years of account management experience, strong MS Office skills, and a commitment to professional growth within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Florida 2-20 insurance license.
• 5 years of account management experience in an insurance agency.
• Experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Products.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly (in writing and verbally).
• Thorough knowledge of insurance terminology and products and their usage.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is a plus.
• Sagitta and/or ImageRight experience is advantageous.

A day in the life.

The Business Insurance Client Advisor will be accountable for managing a high-profile book of business that is complex to handle and generates substantial revenue that is critical to the company operations.

As our Client Advisor on the Business Insurance team, you’ll

• Manage Renewal Process
• Provide insurance advice pertaining to technical aspects and service support of new and renewal business including maintaining client retention of existing accounts
• Communication/Client Service (internal & external clients)
• Master Sagitta Agency Management System and document management system

• Active and Current Florida 2-20 insurance license
• 5 years of account management experience within an insurance agency
