As a Client Activation Specialist, you will work with existing clients to help them get the most value from products and services. You will engage clients through proactive outreach, provide guidance on best practices, and identify opportunities to expand usage and drive results.
In this role, you will balance relationship management with revenue‑focused activities, supporting clients throughout their lifecycle. You are comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, managing a high volume of interactions, and delivering consistent, high‑quality client experiences.
The salary range for this role reflects the minimum and maximum compensation for the role. Offers are typically made between the range minimum and the range midpoint. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), a Paid Time Off policy, and many region‑specific benefits. Compensation may also vary based on where a role is performed, as work locations are grouped into geographic pay tiers to reflect cost of labor differences in different geographic markets. Tier 1 - United States of America 19.23 - 28.37 USD per hour. On-Target Earning (OTE) for this position is between $58k-$85k USD/year.
Senior Client Activation Specialist (Internal Only) 21 - 32 USD per hour base. On-Target Earnings (OTE) at this level is between $63k-$96k/year.
Please Note: The Senior designation for this position is restricted to applicants who are current employees of Indeed and who already maintain the Senior level title. External candidates who are selected for this position will be hired at Level 3 and compensated according to that title.
