Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting or business management experience with progressive responsibility.
• Knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and reconciliations; experience with month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for clients and ensure timely communication.
• Review and approve invoices and oversee bill payments.
• Manage cash flow activities and assist with forecasting.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and review general ledger activity.
• Coordinate payroll processing and payroll reporting accuracy.
• Support year-end tax packages and 1099 filings.
