You will handle general ledger, payroll, and compliance tasks with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach. This on-site role offers competitive pay and benefits across three office locations in Arkansas and Missouri.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and general ledger accounting.
• Hands-on experience with financial statements, payroll processing, and payroll taxes.
• Accounting degree preferred; significant experience may substitute.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and deadlines.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and communicate clearly.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general ledger accounting and prepare client financial statements.
• Process client payroll accurately and on schedule.
• Make payroll tax deposits and ensure timely compliance.
• Prepare payroll forms with IRS and state agencies.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate with clients on bookkeeping and payroll matters.
