Job summary

Baker Tilly US is seeking a Manager to join its outsourced client accounting practice in Dallas. You will oversee accounting operations for multiple client companies, prepare financial reports, and help optimize processes in a cloud-based environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5 years in accounting, and CPA/MBA preferred. Experience with Sage Intacct, NetSuite or QuickBooks Online and strong GAAP knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• 5 years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
• Public accounting experience a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations for multiple client companies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Mentor staff and ensure quality client service.
• Recommend business and process improvements.
• Coordinate workflows between offices and audit/tax functions.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the client engagement team.
• Maintain effective internal controls and GAAP compliance.
