TKR Advisors, LLC seeks a seasoned Client Accounting Services Manager to oversee accounting, operational reporting, and financial compliance across a portfolio of assets. You will partner with owners and senior leadership to ensure accurate financials and informed decision-making.

The role spans real estate, private equity, family office clients, and fund administration. You will supervise accounting staff, drive process improvements, and collaborate with tax specialists to support year-end

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is required.
• CPA designation or active pursuit is strongly preferred.
• 5–6+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in real estate or related industries.
• Prior managerial experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar software.
• Strong client-facing communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key member of the Client Accounting Services team delivering accounting and reporting support.
• Act as primary contact for assigned clients, maintaining proactive relationships.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting for a portfolio of entities with accurate, timely entries.
• Lead monthly and quarterly close processes, including reconciliations and schedules.
• Review reporting packages for completeness and compliance with policies.
• Supervise accounting staff and coordinate daily activities.
