  • Commitment to the Firm’s values, excellent client service, and business growth.

Headquartered in the heart of Saginaw’s historic Old Town district, our office showcases our unique and authentic nature, celebrating a building over 100 years old with original architectural elements, exposed beams, tiled ceilings, and floor‑to‑ceiling cathedral‑style windows. Cut with modern aesthetics, such as glass‑walled offices and conference rooms, as well as a team lounge, the physical environment is truly something to behold. Professionally, our team works collaboratively together, with direct partner interaction. Our team possesses an opportunity to shape processes and service offerings, supported by our entrepreneurial culture. Our roles are generally office‑based with occasional remote work optionality.

Community-focused. Community is at the forefront of everything we do. Our internal community of associates is the launching pad for involvement in resident communities and workplace communities. We embrace a downtown ideal, committed to revitalization and engagement. Our team supports and promotes the careers of women and professionals of diverse socioeconomic backgrounds, and while we don’t necessarily promote a prideful nature, we are especially proud of this. Our success is predicated on our people, who provide a naturally diverse and unique perspective.

Grapp Lerash provides best‑in‑class benefits that focus on our team. We offer a 401(k) plan with a contribution of three percent of compensation made, without any strings attached. We are a family‑friendly firm, supporting working parents and the families they support with a completely flexible schedule. Our paid time off is second to none, coupling four weeks of discretionary time off, plus ten observed holidays and in‑service Firm Fun Days. We also offer company‑paid life insurance, disability insurance, and professional development assistance.

Grapp Lerash is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by law.
