Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Title: Client Accounting Manager

Location: Remote in Texas

Requirements: At least 6+ years of public accounting experience or 9+ years of private accounting experience (or a combination).

What We're Looking For

6+ years of public accounting experience or 9+ years in private accounting

CPA Preferred, But Not Required

Deep expertise in QuickBooks Desktop and Online

Strong understanding of GAAP, Texas sales tax, and basic tax accounting

A natural teacher and mentor who enjoys helping others grow

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting

Review and finalize GAAP-compliant financial statements

Train and support team members and clients on QuickBooks Desktop and Online

Oversee Texas sales tax compliance, including account setup and filings

Collaborate with the tax team on basic partnership and corporate tax matters

40 hour workweeks with usual overtime around deadlines. We don't go above 50 hrs/week!
