Qualifications

• Attention to detail in high-volume data entry.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop/Online.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working directly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records including general ledger entries.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Record payroll, deposits, and fixed asset purchases.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts monthly.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation.
• Communicate with clients and provide clear guidance.
