Graham & Jones PLLC is expanding its Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAAS) practice in Fort Worth, TX. This hands-on role involves accounting, financial reporting, and advisory work directly with clients while helping shape processes and service offerings for a growing practice.

You will grow into a leadership role as the practice expands, with compensation based on experience, a performance bonus, and a Safe Harbor 401(k).

Qualifikationen

• Strong accounting fundamentals for financial reporting and reconciliations.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online, Excel, and accounting technology.
• Ability to independently manage client accounting responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to develop client relationships.
• Interest in growing into a leadership role as the practice expands.
• Experience in public accounting, outsourced accounting, or a controller role is valuable.

• Handle accounting, financial reporting, and advisory needs for clients.
• Manage monthly close, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Develop processes and technology to support the CAAS practice growth.
• Build client relationships and identify opportunities for service expansion.
• Prepare and review financial statements while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
