Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks for assigned clients.
• Update bank accounts via online feed.
• Import bank and credit card transactions via manual feed.
• Code bank and credit card transactions.
• Reach out to senior accountant or team lead regarding open items.
• Enter customer deposits and apply payments; AR tasks as assigned.
• Match transactions or enter journal entries from payroll reports.
• Close processes: reconcile, update working papers, post entries.
• Self-review work and ensure accuracy.
• Assist Aprio's Client Accounting & Advisory Services team.
