Role Summary:

Reports to an Accounting Manager on the Houston Client Accounting team
Focused exclusively on third-party commercial property management accounting
Oversees full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of medical and commercial office properties
Supports financial reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, variance analysis, and client communications

Team Structure:

Reports to one of four Accounting Managers under the Houston Controller
Works alongside a team of 20–25 accounting professionals in a collaborative, tight-knit environment
Strong emphasis on communication, accountability, and internal compliance standards

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Minimum of 2-3+ years of commercial property accounting experience
Third-party property management accounting background strongly preferred
MRI and Yardi system experience is highly valued/needed
Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized with the ability to follow process-driven accounting workflows
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
$60k-$75k
