Experience Fresh in St. Louis is seeking an Account Executive to run day-to-day client accounts, gather requirements, write briefs, move work through the agency, and keep clients and internal teams informed.

You will own account details, manage briefs and approvals, collaborate with creative and digital teams, track scope and budgets, and contribute to planning conversations to grow client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of agency account or client-facing marketing experience.
• Experience writing briefs and managing projects through creative and digital teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage many concurrent deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with project management tools and productivity suites.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication and execution on assigned accounts.
• Translate client requests into clear direction for internal teams.
• Route work through internal review and secure client approvals.
• Partner with the Project Manager on timelines and status.
• Compile campaign performance reporting with the Digital Team.
• Direct and support Account Coordinators on assigned accounts.
