The primary responsibilities of this position include efficiently managing front-office operations, ensuring a seamless clients experience. This involves tasks such as checking clients in and out, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, verifying insurance coverage, and performing general office duties. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients through professional and empathetic communication.
