Job summary

PAQ, Inc. is seeking an E-Commerce Clerk (Click & Collect) to fulfill online grocery orders and hand them to customers when they arrive at the store. This role emphasizes accuracy and delivering a positive shopping experience for all customers.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, using handheld devices to locate items, check substitutions, and process checkout while maintaining excellent service. This role requires flexibility with weekend/evening shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• On-the-job training provided; no prior experience required.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill online grocery orders and stage for pickup.
• Deliver orders to customers at pickup.
• Review app orders and locate items in store.
• Communicate with customers about unavailable items.
• Check expiration dates and item quality during fulfillment.
• Complete checkout transactions.
• Return misplaced items to shelves and maintain stock for freshness.
• Provide friendly customer service throughout shifts.
