Job summary

PAQ, Inc. is seeking an E-Commerce Clerk (Click & Collect) to fulfill online grocery orders and deliver them to customers who arrive at the store. You will also support other customer service tasks across departments to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Shop and stage orders for online customers.
• Deliver orders to customers upon arrival at the store.
• Review app orders and item substitutions.
• Locate and select correct items from order lists.
• Communicate with customers when items are unavailable.
• Check expiration date, quality, and condition of items.
