Job summary

Qualifications

• Vocational or training in law enforcement records, Clery compliance, crime reporting or related field.
• Three to five years of related experience.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• TOC certification within three months of hire.
• Polygraph test required prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the College’s Clery Act compliance program and related policies.
• Gather, review, and classify crime and disciplinary data from internal and external sources.
• Prepare, publish, and distribute the Annual Security and Fire Safety Report (ASR).
• Manage the annual Campus Security Authorities (CSA) report process and training.
• Serve as the records custodian for Clery-related documentation and maintain logs.
• Support Emergency Notification systems and testing protocols.
• Provide administrative, technical, and investigative support to Campus Police.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
