Job summary

Texas Christian University seeks a LIC Faculty Recruiting Coordinator to support recruitment, outreach and reporting for the Longitudinal Integrated Clerkship. You will coordinate appointment materials and onboarding, acting as a primary contact for new LIC faculty and collaborating with Clerkship Directors and Chairs to meet recruitment goals.

You will manage candidate communications, schedule meetings (in-person/Zoom), and maintain up-to-date faculty reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare or physician relations experience.
• Experience in recruitment/onboarding is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support faculty recruitment, outreach and reporting for LIC faculty.
• Coordinate initial appointment materials and onboarding processes.
• Schedule and manage meetings (in-person and virtual) with candidates.
• Maintain confidential candidate information and reports.
• Collaborate with Clerkship Directors and Department chairs on recruitment strategies.
• Track candidate materials and ensure timely review by education coordinators.
