Texas Christian University (TCU) is seeking a Longitudinal Integrated Clerkship Credentialing Coordinator to oversee all student credentialing for clinical experiences across Phases 1–3. The role partners with LIC leadership and clerkship directors to ensure compliance and smooth onboarding at affiliated sites.

This position upholds TCU policies and supports continuous LIC improvement. The coordinator will maintain relationships with clinical sites, validate SOPs, and manage onboarding modules

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Three plus years of healthcare or education experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all student credentialing activities for clinical experiences.
• Coordinate onboarding timelines, site-specific policies, and credentialing updates.
• Develop and improve credentialing workflows and SOPs for efficiency and quality.
• Serve as primary contact for students, faculty, and administration on credentialing matters.
• Coordinate meetings with credentialing partners and prepare agendas.
