Entergy is seeking a Clerk - Specialty I-Sr to support the DROW/Pole Attachment group in Arkansas. You will process invoices, payments, and electronic filings while maintaining organized ROW records and providing clear written communications to customers.
The role requires strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment onsite in Little Rock. Prior experience with Entergy systems is a plus.

Assist DROW/Pole Attachment group with processing and tracking of invoices, payments, electronic filings and document management as needed.
Perform administrative duties within the department as may be required (order supplies, arrange meeting logistics, etc).
Process payment requests (over 1,000 annually).
Process and track contractor and vendor payments and reimbursements.
Responsible for electronic filing of all ROW associated documents both internally and with any external agencies (courthouses).
Responsible for direct communication to customers for ROW needs as well as several required written communications with pole attachment customers.
Maintain ROW files in accordance with system policies.
Minimum education required of the position
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum experience required of the position
Clerk-Specialty I - 0-2 years of experience
Clerk-Specialty II - 2-4 years of experience
Minimum knowledge, skills and abilities required of the position
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, Entergy Corporate and Distribution applications (CCS, DSS, DIS, Indus, Earl, Pearl, VEA, ECOS, AM/FM DFM, AM/FM Production & Time and Labor. Must be familiar with CCS. Familiar will all company policies and procedures. Possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral with internal and external customers. Willing to work extended hours as needed. Self-starter with high initiative, willingness to learn new processes. Excellent multitasking and team working capability a must.
Successful completion of the EEI SASS test.
