Job summary

Bally's Corporation is seeking team-oriented staff for the gift shop. You will greet guests, assist with merchandise selection, and ring up sales while handling cash and other payment methods according to department policies.

You will stock shelves, tag merchandise, maintain displays, and assist with monthly inventories. You will communicate daily with supervisors and fellow cast members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service and merchandise handling.
• Ability to handle cash and various payment methods per policy.
• Experience with basic inventory and stock duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with merchandise selection.
• Ring up sales and process cash, room charge, credit, comp and coupons per policy.
• Stock shelves and tag merchandise; maintain displays.
• Assist with monthly inventories and cycle counts.
• Communicate with supervisors and cast members about daily ops.
• Provide courteous service to ensure guest satisfaction.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible for guest service and sales in the gift shop.

Competencies

• Other duties may be assigned.
• Greet all guests and assist with merchandise selection.
• Ring up gift shop sales on the register and handle all cash, credit, room charge, comp and coupon transactions as outlined by department policies.
• Help stock shelves including tagging merchandise.
• Maintain clean and orderly displays in gift shop.
• Assist with inventory control and "hard" inventories monthly.
• Communicate with supervisors, management and retail shop cast members on a daily basis
