• Administer lockers for production staff.
• Assist with PPE administration (boots, face shields, etc.).
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Attend meetings as designated by management.

POSITION PURPOSE:

Assist the production department: Production Supervisors, Trainers, Line leaders, with the daily administration of the production floor focusing on the computer activities.

Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities

• Review shop floor orders for accuracy. Making sure there are no discrepancies.
• Ensure the downtime sheets are matching Ceridian before sending it to Continuous improvement clerk.
• Check timesheet of production people, fix 199 hours if we have.
• Check line boards making sure all the information is updated: Safety cross, production rates, etc.
• Check line clearances were done correctly.
• Ensure that the production master schedule cleaning was done and is on track.
• Be able to back up Production trainers or Continues improvement clerk if needed.
• Lockers administration for production people.
• Special PPE administration-Boots, face shields, etc.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
• Attend meetings as designated by management.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Solid math skills, knowledge of MS Office programs.
