Job summary

Coca-Cola UNITED is seeking a Clerk – Parts Room to maintain production maintenance spare parts inventory. You will identify and source machine parts, verify receipts, and support the maintenance planning process in a fast-paced facility.

Role requires 18+ years old, strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Weekend and overtime may be required in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Job Description

The Clerk – Parts Room position is responsible for maintaining the supply and inventory of production maintenance spare parts in the parts room.

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Identifies and sources machine parts from outside vendors
• Compares costs for most reasonable pricing
• Verifies receipts of ordered parts
• Tracks and approves invoices
• Fills in for Maintenance Planner
• Conducts inventory of parts room
• Assists in parts kitting for planned maintenance work orders
• Performs appropriate duties as assigned by management

Physical Requirements

Position will be required to comply with the CCBCU Personal Protective Equipment Program. Position is required to wear safety toed shoes when performing the following tasks: Operating Powered Industrial Equipment or Working in an Area where Powered Industrial Equipment is in use, Fleet Maintenance, Working with Palletized Product, Use of Hand Trucks/Dollies to Deliver Product, Cooler Services, etc.
