Responsibilities

  • Provide general clerical and administrative support to attorneys, legal staff and department personnel.
  • Assist with maintaining physical and electronic legal files, case files, records and tracking systems.
  • Answers telephone inquiries and/or directs to proper person or accurately records telephone messages.
  • Serves as front desk backup and provide courteous and professional assistance to the public, county employees, elected official, attorneys and other agencies
  • Receives and distributes correspondence for the department.
  • Preforms data entry and updates case management, records management, and other departmental systems with accurate and timely information.
  • Participates in activities and duties related to emergency management during a local state of disaster as directed by appropriate county managers.

Minimum Job Requirements

SALARY: $ 15.30 per hour, less than 30 hours per week

CLOSING DATE: Upon filling 3 positions
