McLane is hiring an Inventory Control Clerk I to monitor stock levels and ensure products are in stock for distribution in the warehouse. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a 3rd shift schedule (11:00pm–7:30am) with benefits starting after 60 days, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) profit sharing, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of work experience, preferably in distribution.
• Experience with Microsoft Office systems.
• Ability to read, write and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job tasks.

• Works with internal teammates to understand customer demands and needs.
• Files claims when defective goods are discovered.

Minimum Skills and Qualifications:

This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. Working Conditions:

• 80% Warehouse environment including extended periods spent in freezer environment. 20% Office
