Primary Purpose:
Assist the administration and instructional staff with classroom and auxiliary tasks and duties.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
* High school diploma or GED certificate
Special Knowledge/Skills:
* Bilingual skills desired
* Basic knowledge of computers with minimal typing skills
* Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines
* Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)

Major Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Prepare and submit accurate and timely student or program records.
2. Input accurate and timely student records in state and local reporting systems.
3. Administer and score standardized tests according to State Assessment Policy and local guidelines.
4. Organize and assemble instructional or administrative materials.
5. Maintain files, student records and program records.
6. Work collaboratively with teachers or program staff to achieve program goals.
7. Provide accurate information to the public regarding program services and procedures.
8. Assist teacher and work with students on instructional materials.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
