Summary

Perform routine clerical duties in accordance with standard administrative office procedures.

Shift: Monday - Friday5:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

  • Train, coach and provide day-to-day direction to team members, as needed.
  • Answer and direct telephone calls.
  • Filing and other administrative duties.
  • Handle routine correspondence, including mail and faxes.
  • Interface with customer.
  • Prepare business reports and presentations.
  • Purchase supplies.
  • Follow established company Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality procedures and policies.
  • Actively participate in Hazard Mitigation.
  • Complete assigned Health & Safety trainings.

  • Bilingual skills a plus.
  • Prior dispatching experience strongly preferred.
