Lucas Metropolitan Housing is seeking a Clerical Specialist (AM) to provide frontline customer service to Affordable Housing participants and clerical support to the Asset Management Department. The incumbent handles all phone calls and in-person inquiries for the assigned AMPs.
Responsibilities include processing maintenance work orders, scheduling inspections, maintaining files, distributing mail, and supporting office operations while adhering to LMH safety standards and policies.

All activities must support Lucas Metropolitan Housing (“LMH”) mission, strategic goals, and objectives.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of one (1) year of general clerical experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Must possess a valid Ohio or Michigan driver’s license and be insurable under the Agency’s plan.
To perform this job successfully, the employee should have strong computer skills (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Must have the ability to learn other computer software programs as required by assigned tasks.
