Responsibilities

• Assist the asset team to ensure hot spots are assembled correctly.
• Affix batteries to device sleds as required.
• Assist the provisioning team to ensure the devices are set up appropriately.
• Assist the shipping department to ensure devices are ready to ship, including printing labels, data entry into Excel, printing emails, and other clerical tasks.
• May perform ad-hoc assignments in moving, asset tagging, counting or quality checks of inventory.

Salary: USD17 - USD18 per hour

Our client, a technology company located in Buffalo Grove, seeks a temporary Clerical Asset Associate to support the provisioning team. They are the leading provider of mobile enterprise solutions and services. Responsibilities:

• Assist the asset team to ensure hot spots are assembled correctly
• Affix batteries to device sleds as required
• Assist the provisioning team to ensure the devices are set up appropriately
• Assist the shipping department to ensure devices are ready to ship. This includes printing labels, data entry into Excel, print emails, and other clerical tasks as assigned
• May perform ad-hoc assignments in moving, asset tagging, counting or performing quality checks of inventory as required.
