Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a CLEARED Tier 2 Network Engineer in Manassas, VA. This full-time position involves installing, configuring, and maintaining LAN and WAN infrastructures while ensuring network performance and providing design recommendations for network projects. Candidates must have 3+ years of experience and be able to maintain an active Top Secret clearance. Compensation ranges from $125,000 to $150,000, accompanied by a comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Network Engineer.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Top Secret clearance.
• Experience with F5 load balancers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and optimize LAN and WAN infrastructure.
• Monitor and analyze network performance using management tools.
• Provide design recommendations and support during engineering meetings.
• Manage data center network infrastructure and collaborate on improvements.
• Stay informed of emerging technologies and best practices.
