Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain operations documentation, user guides, manuals, and technical publications.
• Gather technical information and produce clear written text.
• Coordinate layout and design of documents and produce end-user guides.
• Work with developers to create quality documentation and training materials.
• Write and edit technical documentation for hardware and software, including installation and configuration guides.
