Job summary

Peraton is seeking a cleared Technology Integration & Enablement Lead in Reston, VA to drive emergent technology initiatives as the operational backbone of the sector. Reporting to the CTO, you will translate technical expertise into documented roadmaps, funded investments, trained talent, and measurable business growth.

This is a full-time role with hybrid work and travel to customer and corporate sites as needed, requiring 16+ years of experience, TS clearance, and a proven track record in

Qualifications

• 16+ years of experience with a relevant bachelor’s degree
• TS clearance with SCI eligibility required
• Experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or technical operations in defense/intelligence
• Proven ability to develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with business and customer needs
• Experience managing IRAD or R&D portfolios from proposal to execution
• Understanding of defense acquisition processes and technology investments
• Experience in talent development and workforce management
• Strong facilitation and collaboration skills and cross-functional relationship-building

Responsibilities

• Develop, govern, and maintain technology roadmaps with Emergent Technology SMEs and sector stakeholders
• Execute the IRAD strategy from ideation to investment decision and project execution
• Maintain sector IRAD portfolio visibility and identify gaps or opportunities
• Drive technology transfer and knowledge sharing across sectors and programs
• Define and implement talent development strategies and formal/informal training programs
• Identify program efficiencies and opportunities to deliver customer value and reduce cost
• Provide regular status reporting on execution, IRAD health, talent development, and outcomes
• Ensure smooth execution of initiatives and remove obstacles to high-value work
