Bestgate Engineering is hiring an Entry Level System Engineer to support mission-focused systems. You will learn requirements, architecture, design, integration, and technical documentation while collaborating with experienced engineers and government stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have analytical/problem-solving skills and the ability to document requirements. A TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance is required for this role, with training provided as part of the program.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus related experience may be substituted for degree.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to document and manage system requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams.
