Bestgate Engineering, LLC is seeking an entry-level System Engineer to support the design and integration of mission-focused systems. You’ll work with experienced engineers and government stakeholders to translate user needs into effective technical solutions.

The role emphasizes learning in requirements, system architecture, design, and documentation, with training provided and TS/SCI w/Poly clearance required for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Entry-level opportunity with training and hands-on exposure to Systems Engineering activities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and document system requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineering and technical teams.
• Ability to develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Four (4) years of additional TE or related experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree.
• Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI w/Poly
