Job summary

Xage Security is hiring a Cleared Software Developer for its federal division in Washington. You will architect and implement integrated solutions, build PAM plugins, and develop REST API integrations across cloud and on-prem environments.

You'll work on identity-aware proxy configurations, data transformation, and asset discovery pipelines, applying zero-trust principles with strong security engineering. This role requires a current TS/SCI clearance and offers equity in addition to base salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT or related field.
• 2–5+ years in software development with emphasis on backend integration and security engineering.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, gateways, versioning, and OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Experience with asset discovery or CMDB APIs (ServiceNow, Lansweeper, AWS/Azure).
• Familiarity with plugins/connectors for Privileged Access Management solutions.
• Proficiency in Python/Node.js/Go/Java and modern web protocols.
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement integrated solutions for the Xage Fabric platform and related products.
• Develop bespoke plugins and PAM integrations for secure workflows.
• Design and implement asset discovery pipelines across networks and CMDB APIs.
• Ensure secure data payloads using OAuth 2.0, JWT, and mTLS.
• Troubleshoot API latency, sync issues, and plugin exceptions across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Collaborate with systems engineering and security teams on zero-trust architecture.
