Position Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber, multidimensional ServiceNow ITOM Solution Consultant to provide CMDB and Service Mapping modeling and advisory services for clients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management processes and solutions, with expertise in ServiceNow CMDB and Service Mapping. Responsibilities include modeling network, storage, and other infrastructure within the CMDB, assessing current processes and tools, and defining solution requirements, including integrations, architecture, and implementation plans. The Solutions Consultant must have deep experience in configuration and development with ServiceNow CMDB and Service Mapping, both in implementation and team oversight.

Required Skills

1. ServiceNow Mainline Certifications in Discovery and Service Mapping
2. ServiceNow Micro-certifications in CMDB
3. Experience with at least three full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations
4. 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow, focusing on CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Enterprise Architecture, and integrations
5. Deep expertise in Common Service Data Model (CSDM) 4.0 and consulting on large enterprise implementations
6. Modeling experience of network, storage, and compute infrastructure in ServiceNow CMDB
7. Understanding of application and infrastructure architectures, including cloud, networking, compute platforms, containers, and application services
8. 5+ years developing and implementing ITSM/ITIL and CMDB processes and solutions
9. 8+ years of professional services or consulting experience
10. Experience documenting tool requirements from To-Be processes and evaluating vendor products
11. Proficiency with ServiceNow JavaScript and Glide queries
12. Strong interpersonal skills and credibility as a ServiceNow expert
13. Active Secret Security Clearance or higher
