RTX is seeking Cleared Platform Engineers to join our team as Principal Platform DevOps Engineers - Windows OS for a large national asset project. The role focuses on Windows OS configuration, optimization, and DevOps/DevSecOps work across on-prem and cloud environments.

You will deploy templates, dashboards, and scripts, design and code with DevOps tools, and contribute to build/test and integration efforts while ensuring performance and scalability.

Formación

• BS/BA Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math (STEM) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Physics and a minimum 8 years of related work experience.
• Proven experience installing, configuring, hardening, and maintaining Windows environments.
• Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and integrating cloud infrastructure solutions, preferably with AWS.
• Strong experience with IaC and configuration management tools such as Terraform, Chef, and/or Ansible.
• Experience troubleshooting complex systems involving multiple servers, COTS products, VMs, VDIs, and/or network issues.
• Active and Current TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance is required on day 1. U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsabilidades

• Leverage best practices to assist with design, development, implementation, and support of DevOps/DevSecOps on Windows based hosts for the project.
• Support software deployment of templates, dashboards, and scripts for program needs.
• Design, implement, and maintain the system through DevOps concepts and scripting tools; document and baseline control.
• Assist with build/test and integration, optimizing for performance and scalability across on-prem and cloud environments.
• Provide guidance on resource allocation & utilization.
• Assist engineers with Windows based tool usage and issues, leveraging standards and best practices.
