Job summary

Azusa Solutions LLC is seeking a Cleared Senior Storage Administrator/Engineer to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD. The role requires an active TS/SCI with FSP and local candidates in the DC/MD/NoVA area, with on-site work hours Monday–Friday 0800–1600 and on-call rotation.

You will monitor and manage backup systems (NetBackup, Cohesity, Commvault, Rubrik), configure new solutions, and coordinate with ISSO on vulnerabilities and SSP re-authorization, while supporting SAN and storage

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience as a System/Storage Admin.
• Active DoD TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) required.
• Security+ CE or higher is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage backup systems including NetBackup, Cohesity, Commvault, and Rubrik.
• Onboard new servers and VMs into backups and troubleshoot issues with customers.
• Configure new backup solutions after purchase.
• Troubleshoot backup appliances and storage arrays (NetBackup, Cohesity, Rubrik; Oracle ZFS, NetApp, Vast, IBM).
• Monitor and fix SAN issues using CLI and zoning.
• Coordinate with ISSO to patch vulnerabilities and SSP re-authorization.
• Support Brocade SAN switches via CLI and zoning.

Azusa Solutions is seeking a Sr. Storage Administrator/Engineer to join our team of talented consultants. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company comprised of highly qualified, highly impactful, and multi-talented individuals.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant experience at a System Admin / Storage Admin
• Must have a DoW (DoD) TS/SCI with FSP
• Must have Sec+ CE or higher

Work Hours:

• Monday – Friday, 0800 – 1600 unless otherwise approved
• Scheduled rotational on-call for after hours

Job Responsibilities:

This role Supports the Corporate Storage Team:

• Monitor and manage backup systems including NetBackup, Cohesity, Commvault, and Rubik systems.
• Work with customers to add new servers and VMs into backups and to troubleshoot issues.
• Configure a new backup solution when purchased
• Troubleshoot and coordinate break fix for backup appliances (NetBackup, Cohesity, Rubik) and disk arrays Oracle ZFS, NetApp, Vast and IBM storage arrays.
• Monitor and fix issues with the SAN using command line troubleshooting and zoning.
• Work with the ISSO to make sure that vulnerabilities are patched.
• Work with the ISSO for SSP re-authorization.
• Monitor and perform fix issues with Brocade SAN switches using command line troubleshooting and zoning.
