Cherokee Federal is seeking a Planning Specialist in Dulles, VA to support client programs with fullScope polygraph clearance. You will manage financial actions, training events, and act as a liaison across teams. This exempt, on-site role requires government contracting experience and a strong command of program budgets.

Expect to handle spending plans, documentation, and compliance using sponsor databases and common software; excellent written and verbal communication is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Must have three (5) or more years of relevant experience.
• Must have an active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph level clearance at time of application.
• Experience providing Business Consulting responsible for program support activities including finance and personnel management.
• Experience developing program-specific spending plans with real-time financial databases.
• Excellent written and oral communication; able to brief and report.

Aufgaben

• Serve as program manager for client coordinating, tracking, and monitoring administrative and program support activity.
• Monitor and maintain spending plans for fiscal year and maintain program accounting records.
• Coordinate with other entities to ensure compliance with regulations and SOPs.
• Draft and coordinate necessary documentation including travel schedules, funding, and training certifications.
• Interface with office staff outside Headquarters to coordinate training events and agendas.
