Job summary

TeleWorld Solutions seeks an experienced Industrial/Facility Security Officer to lead our transition into the cleared government contracting space in the United States. The role will obtain the initial DoD Facility Clearance (FCL), establish a NISPOM-compliant industrial security program, and serve as the company’s designated FSO.

You will partner with leadership, government customers, legal counsel, and the DCSA to build a scalable security program.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance is required.
• 5+ years of progressive industrial security experience.
• Experience serving as a Facility Security Officer (FSO).
• Experience acquiring a Department of Defense Facility Clearance (FCL).
• Experience establishing an industrial security program for a cleared contractor.
• Strong working knowledge of NISPOM and related regulations.
• Experience with DCSA and government security representatives.
• Experience administering personnel, facility security and compliance programs.
• Experience using DISS, NISS, NBIS and other government security systems.
• Experience preparing and administering DD254 requirements.
• Ability to independently build, implement, and mature security programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to obtain and maintain a DoD Facility Clearance (FCL).
• Serve as the designated FSO and security SME.
• Liaise with DCSA, government sponsors, customers, and leadership.
• Develop and execute the security strategy and roadmap for cleared contracting.
• Guide leadership through FCL requirements and compliance activities.
• Establish and administer NISPOM-compliant security program.
• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, training and compliance.
