Job summary

E-Space is building a cleared, high-security facility in the Arlington area. The Facilities Security Officer will design, implement, and oversee the entire security program for a possessing facility, including SCIF accreditation, personnel and information security, and insider threat management.

You will coordinate with IT, HR, Legal, and Engineering to embed security controls across programs, conduct audits, file DD254s, and ensure TEMPEST/COMSEC compliance as applicable.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility preferred.
• 8+ years in industrial security; 3+ years as an FSO for a possessing facility.
• Proven track record establishing a new cleared facility through sponsorship, construction and DCSA accreditation.
• CDSE training completed; insider threat program training highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stand up and manage a cleared possessing facility under NISP and NISPOM.
• Serve as liaison with DCSA and government partners.
• Lead and maintain all security clearances, documentation, and reporting.
• Develop and manage the Insider Threat Program per EO 13587 and NISPOM.
