Job summary

Columbia Technology Partners seeks a fully cleared Embedded Developer to design, develop, debug and modify embedded software for mission critical systems. You will translate requirements into reliable code, work with government stakeholders, and document operations for end users.

Applicants should have strong C/C++, experience with embedded OS environments, and a track record in driver development and systems engineering of embedded platforms. This role is on-site in Annapolis, MD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in a STEM field plus 12+ years software/system development or a Master's with 8+ years experience.
• Experience in embedded software design, development, testing and integration.
• Strong C/C++, assembly knowledge and driver development preferred.
• Proven ability to analyze requirements and translate into software.

Responsibilities

• Break down requirements and implement software components for embedded systems.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders to establish detailed specifications.
• Develop, debug, test, and document embedded software for delivering mission critical functionality.
• Contribute to system design, integration, and user documentation.
