Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.
• Associate’s degree in IT-related field or equivalent experience; 2+ years server hardware experience; 1+ years UNIX/Linux experience; active Security+ or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Engage in physical data center activities including planning, capacity tracking, rack deployment and cabling, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Assist with rack decommissioning and site maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot issues to root cause and coordinate with other teams for resolution.
• Maintain SLAs through proactive issue detection and reporting.
• Work shifts may include days/nights/weekends/holidays to support 24/7 operations.
