Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph are required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certifications such as Security+, Network+, or A+ are preferred.
• Willingness to work shift schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with data center hardware, networking, and rack deployment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical data center tasks: rack deployment, cabling, hardware troubleshooting, and decommissioning.
• Triage issues, engage other teams to drive resolution, and maintain SLAs.
• Follow safety and security procedures in a 24/7 environment.
• Move up to 40 pounds and work in noisy, elevated, or cramped spaces.
