We are looking for talented Systems Engineers with a TS/SCI security clearance (and active poly) to design, implement, and secure complex enterprise solutions for our clients, with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity. You will work closely with stakeholders and management to gather requirements, take the lead on technical challenges, and mentor junior team members in best security practices. In this role, you should be able to work independently with minimal supervision, communicate effectively, stay organized, and provide detailed technical analysis.

What you will be doing:

• Leading the design and implementation of secure enterprise systems and architectures.
• Defining, implementing, and enforcing security controls and best practices across various systems.

What you will not be doing:

• Spending your days writing user documentation, or designing powerpoints.
• Simply installing and integrating COTS products without strategic security enhancements.
• Working with stagnant technologies or outdated security paradigms.
• Writing status reports or justifying career‑goal metrics.

Technical Skills:

• 10+ years of demonstrated systems engineering experience with a strong focus on cybersecurity.
• Extensive knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST RMF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls).
• Significant experience in designing and implementing secure system architectures.
• Proficiency with various cybersecurity tools (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners, endpoint detection and response).
• Experience with network security principles and technologies (e.g., firewalls, VPNs, zero trust architectures).
• Familiarity with cloud security best practices and services, particularly within AWS.
• Strong scripting and automation skills for security operations (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
• Deep knowledge of Linux operating systems and security hardening.
• Experience with secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC) principles.
